Verbatim Competition
I would like to enter these designs in both the Verbatim London and Verbatim flexible Primalloy contests. My intention for these would be to print the bases in a grey PVA or ABS filament, and then all of the inserts to be printed in the Primalloy in the appropriate colors; I liked the idea of all parts printed in flexible filament, but I was not sure if there was a good substitute color for the grey, and I also am guessing on the flexibility of the Primalloy already. :) I've paired the files up so that printing two copies of the coaster bases and red inserts and then one each of the other two files will supply all the components to complete one of each coaster. For assembly, I would assume that any adhesive that can bond with the flexible filament well would work. Average diameter of the coasters is approximately 4 1/4".
Print at 0.2 mm layer height, with 10% infill. This uses 64 g of filament and takes 329 minutes.
